EPDM+PP

PP-EPDM consists mostly of polypropylene and part of a softer elastomer. Parts made of PP-EPDM are more flexible than those made of pure PP. For this reason, bumpers or wheel arches on cars are preferably made from this plastic. PP-EPDM is chemically resistant to many acids, alkalis, oils and greases.

ABS/PC

PC/ABS (polycarbonate / acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer blend) is a thermoplastic alloy of (PC) polycarbonate and (ABS) acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene. Both PC/ABS materials are well known amorphous plastics. Alloying these two materials enhances processability, and provides non-halo flame retardancy.

ABS-765A is a flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) copolymer with high flowability. Is a grade of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBA) series. Provides solvent resistance, good plastic surface hardness and good workability.

Mold Flow Analysis
We also do moldflow Analysis during our mold design period. Mold utilizes Moldflow analysis that can be used to simulate the broadest range of injection molding processes to predict and avoid potential manufacturing defects, and enable you to predict and solve manufacturing problems in the earliest stages of product development.
MPI/FLOW simulates the filling and packing phases of the injection molding process to predict the flow behavior of the thermoplastic melts so you can ensure parts of acceptable quality can be manufactured efficiently.

Send your sample or drawing/schematic requests → Feedback with quotation(1~3days) → Confirm quotation and make deposit payment → Make overmold if needed (7 days) → Mold test → Making samples(1~3 days) → Samples test(Approval) → place order for Mass production(2~3weeks) → Quality checking → Packing → Delivery → After Service → Repeat Order.

2. Can you provide us with samples?

We specialize in customized designs and made Samples are available free of charge(Value below $5.00 per unit, final costs depend on real needs) Sample lead time 3~10 working days

3. What delivery time for the regular order?

We deliver quality products on time every time, within 30 days of receiving confirmed orders. We support customers picking up goods from our factory directly.

4. What payment do you support?

5. Can you help export goods to us?

We support Door-to-Door Delivery Services, small packages by Express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. large volume shipping by air, sea, and train. We support customs and tax clearance, and small value no customs duties.
